JRJJ Management reduces stake in Regal Partners

JRJJ Management Pty Ltd and its associates have reported a change in their substantial holding in Regal Partners Limited, with their voting power decreasing from 10.04% to 8.15%. This change, effective September 4, 2025, reflects a reduction in their stake from 32,287,340 to 29,037,340 fully paid ordinary shares.

The decrease is primarily attributed to several transactions, including the disposal of 250,000 shares by JRJJM on August 29, 2025. Additionally, both JRJJM and RHC Enterprises Pty Ltd experienced a dilution of their interest due to a share issue by Regal Partners, as announced on September 3, 2025. RHC Enterprises Pty Ltd's holding now stands at 6,625,732 fully paid ordinary shares.

Furthermore, Redlich Family Foundation Pty Ltd (RFF) ceased to be an associate of JRJJM on September 8, 2025, ceasing to hold 3,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares. Adrian Redlich, director of JRJJM, signed the updated notice of change.
