Opthea announces share quotation, index changes

Opthea Limited (ASX:OPT) has announced the quotation of 162 additional ordinary fully paid securities, effective September 5, 2025. These securities resulted from the exercise or conversion of options between August 29, 2025, and August 31, 2025, at an issue price of AUD 0.80 per security. Following this, the total number of ordinary fully paid securities on issue for Opthea will be 1,367,978,173.

The company also reported its removal from the S&P/ASX 300 Index and the All Ordinaries Index, effective prior to the open of trading on Monday, September 22, 2025. However, Opthea Limited has been added to the S&P/ASX All Technology Index, also effective September 22, 2025, alongside other additions like Elsight Limited (ELS) and Energy One Limited (EOL).

Furthermore, Opthea's unquoted securities include 2,900,000 performance rights (OPTAD), 250,000 options expiring February 19, 2034, at USD 3.03 (OPTAL), 27,000 options expiring March 31, 2034, at USD 4.14 (OPTAA), 41,370,950 options expiring various dates at various prices (OPTAB), and 11,660,578 ADS expiring various dates at various prices (OPTAC).
