HUB24 ceases to be substantial holder in Dominion Income Trust

HUB24 Limited, alongside its associated entities Investment Administration Services Pty Ltd and Xplore Wealth Pty Ltd, is no longer a substantial holder in Dominion Income Trust 1. The change became effective on September 3, 2025, with HUB24 Limited becoming aware of the change on September 5, 2025. This follows a previous notice given to the company on August 27, 2025.

The cessation is attributed to a decrease in relevant interest in shares, as detailed in an Annexure A, which outlines various transactions between August 25 and September 2, 2025. These transactions included a mix of buys, sells, and transfers, with share prices predominantly around AUD101.52 to AUD102.90. Notable transactions include a sale of 2,488 shares on September 2, 2025, at AUD102.20 and a sale of 1,511 shares on September 3, 2025, at AUD102.00.

Andrew Brown, company secretary of HUB24 Limited, signed the formal notification on September 5, 2025.
