Vicinity Centres updates distribution details, DRP price set at $2.55

Vicinity Centres has provided an update to its previous distribution announcement, detailing the DRP price and the AUD/NZD exchange rate for security holders receiving distributions in NZD. The ordinary distribution amount per security is AUD 0.06050000, unfranked at 100%. The payment date for this distribution is scheduled for September 16, 2025, following a record date of August 26, 2025.

For participants in the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP), the price has been set at AUD 2.55000. This was calculated as the arithmetic average of the daily volume-weighted average market price for stapled securities traded between August 28, 2025, and September 3, 2025, with a 1.0000% discount applied. The DRP securities issue date will coincide with the distribution payment on September 16, 2025.

Securityholders opting for distributions in New Zealand dollars will receive NZD 0.06713080 per security, based on an exchange rate of AUD 1.00 = NZD 1.1096. Eligible securityholders include those with a registered address in Australia or New Zealand.
