Shan Kanji Group boosts stake in Atturra limited

Shan Kanji, alongside Driftwood IT Pty Ltd and 263 Finance Pty Ltd, has increased their collective voting power in Atturra Limited from 57.42% to 58.42%. This change, effective September 2, 2025, reflects an increase in voting power without an increase in the number of votes held (219,155,153 ordinary fully paid shares). The adjustment is attributed to on-market share buy-backs by Atturra Limited.

The relevant interest in the shares is held by Driftwood IT Pty Ltd (115,724,809 shares) and 263 Finance Pty Ltd (103,430,344 shares). Shan Kanji holds a relevant interest in these shares through the power to exercise voting rights and dispose of the shares, pursuant to sections 608(1)(b) and (c) of the Corporations Act 2001.

The previous notice of substantial holding was given on March 12, 2025. The current notice details changes in relevant interests spanning from April 29, 2025, through September 2, 2025, specifically citing increases in voting power due to ongoing on-market share buy-backs by the company.
