Sandfire Resources increases quoted securities, unquoted options cease

Sandfire Resources Limited (ASX:SFR) is set to increase its quoted securities by 79,229 ordinary fully paid shares, bringing the total to 459,151,089. These new shares, issued on September 1, 2025, stem from an employee incentive scheme and are not subject to transfer restrictions. The shares, provided for nil consideration, include grants to key management personnel (KMP) Jason Grace (17,495 shares) and Megan Jansen (13,458 shares), held in trust by Certane CT Pty Ltd.

Concurrently, Sandfire Resources also reported the cessation of 34,458 unquoted options (ASX:SFRAB) on September 1, 2025. These options, which were part of an employee incentive scheme, lapsed due to unfulfilled or incapable conditions. This adjustment brings the total unquoted options to 2,743,376.

Following these changes, the company's total unquoted securities also include 2,238,370 performance rights (ASX:SFRAAE). The new shares will rank equally with existing issued securities from their issue date.
