First Sentier Group Limited and its related bodies corporate ceased to be a substantial holder in Nib Holdings Ltd on September 2, 2025. This follows a previous notification on August 26, 2025.

Between August 22 and August 29, 2025, First Sentier Investors (Australia) IM Ltd and First Sentier Investors RQI Pty Ltd engaged in multiple transactions. Significant sales by First Sentier Investors (Australia) IM Ltd included 60,962 fully paid ordinary shares for A$461,793.25 and 45,431 shares for A$344,144.37. Purchases by the same entity included 55,000 shares for A$422,884.00 and 76,964 shares for A$584,118.28.

First Sentier Investors RQI Pty Ltd also conducted sales, divesting 7,030 shares for A$54,204.11 and 8,645 shares for A$65,923.31. Rachel Lim, company secretary, signed the notice on September 4, 2025.
