State Street no longer substantial holder in Droneshield

State Street Corporation and its named subsidiaries, including State Street Bank and Trust Company, State Street Global Advisors Europe Limited, SSGA Funds Management, Inc., State Street Global Advisors Trust Company, and State Street Global Advisors, Australia, Limited, have ceased to be a substantial holder in Droneshield Limited. The last substantial holder notice was given on August 20, 2025, and dated August 18, 2025, with the change becoming effective on August 29, 2025.

The cessation involved numerous collateral received and transfer-in transactions between August 19, 2025, and August 29, 2025. Significant movements included a transfer-in of 1,478,444 ordinary securities at 3.37 by SSGA Funds Management, Inc. on August 21, 2025, and a collateral received of 1,667,210 ordinary securities by State Street Bank and Trust Company on the same date. Large decreases were also noted, such as a collateral received of -5,298,321 ordinary securities by State Street Bank and Trust Company on August 25, 2025, and -7,129,001 ordinary securities on August 29, 2025.
