Lendlease Group updates distribution details and reinvestment plan

Lendlease Group announced an update to its distribution, setting the DRP price at AUD 5.52100. The total distribution payment is AUD 0.16955951 per stapled security for the six-month period ending June 30, 2025. The record date is August 25, 2025, with a payment date of September 17, 2025. This distribution is 61.2281% franked, with a franked amount of AUD 0.10381805 per security.

For securityholders in New Zealand and the United Kingdom, the distribution will be paid in their respective local currencies: NZD 0.18770000 and GBP 0.08160000 per security.
