Evolution Mining clarifies resource estimates, retracts Northparkes endowment reference

Evolution Mining Limited released a clarification announcement on 2 September 2025, addressing details from previous market updates. The company clarified information from its 'Exploration Update' of 16 July 2025, specifically regarding the Genesis and Solomon Mineral Resource Estimate at the Mungari Gold Operation as of 31 December 2024. The total resource for Genesis-Solomon is reported at 1.0 million tonnes with a gold grade of 10.1 g/t, yielding 309 thousand ounces of gold. This includes 0.1 million tonnes Measured (5.7 g/t, 16 koz), 0.6 million tonnes Indicated (11.0 g/t, 221 koz), and 0.2 million tonnes Inferred (9.1 g/t, 72 koz).

The company also provided clarification on its 'Diggers and Dealers Presentation 2025' from 4 August 2025. It directed readers to prior ASX releases for information on the extended mine life at Mungari to 2038+ and Ernest Henry to 2040, both lodged on 5 June 2023. Notably, Evolution retracted the ~80-year endowment reference for Northparkes, stating it was indicative potential, not a production target, and that the company lacks a reasonable basis for this statement under ASX Listing Rule 5.16. Investors were advised not to rely on this specific information for investment decisions.

Evolution Mining confirmed no new information or data materially affects the information in the 'Diggers and Dealers Presentation 2025', and all material assumptions and parameters underpinning the estimates remain unchanged. The company expects a Financial Year 2026 production guidance of 710,000 – 780,000 ounces of gold and 70,000 – 80,000 tonnes of copper, with an All-in Sustaining Cost range of $1,720 - $1,880 per ounce.
