Challenger cuts stake in Qube Holdings

Challenger Limited, along with its associated entities, has reported a change in its substantial holding in Qube Holdings Limited. A previous notice on February 25, 2025, indicated a voting power of 7.18%, representing 127,065,619 ordinary fully paid shares. The latest notice, dated August 28, 2025, shows a reduced voting power of 6.15%, corresponding to 108,836,457 ordinary fully paid shares. This represents a net decrease of 18,229,162 shares.

The changes in relevant interests occurred through a series of buy and sell transactions on the market and off-market transfers between February 24, 2025, and August 28, 2025. Noteworthy transactions included significant sell-offs on August 21, 2025, with a transfer of 10,420,650 shares. Other substantial sell transactions were observed throughout July and August, alongside various smaller buy transactions.
