Capital DI Limited cuts stake in WIA Gold after share issue

Capital DI Limited’s voting power in WIA Gold Limited has decreased from 17.99% to 16.28%. This change occurred on August 29, 2025, following a dilution event resulting from WIA Gold Limited issuing 100,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares.

Prior to this dilution, on February 14, 2025, Capital DI Limited also executed an on-market sale, offloading 2,921,402 ordinary shares for AUD 467,424.32. This sale reduced their voting interest from 242,921,402 to 240,000,000 ordinary shares.

Capital DI Limited, the registered holder, now holds 240,000,000 ordinary shares in WIA Gold Limited. The previous substantial holding notice was given on November 14, 2024.
