AUB Group director's equity holdings adjust after PSR vesting

Michael Patrick Cheere Emmett, a director at AUB Group Limited, reported a notable change in his unitholdings following the vesting of various Performance Share Rights (PSRs). Prior to the change, Emmett held a total of 205,205 PSRs and 508,388 Share Appreciation Rights (SARs), alongside 343,449 ordinary fully paid shares directly and 86,799 indirectly.

The changes primarily resulted from the satisfaction of vesting conditions for several tranches of PSRs, which then converted into ordinary fully paid shares. Specifically, 52,576 FY23 3 Year PSRs, 6,138 FY24 Deferred STI PSRs, and 6,969 FY25 Deferred STI PSRs converted to ordinary fully paid shares. Additionally, 12,432 FY26 Deferred STI PSRs were granted as part of his FY25 STI award.

Post-change, Emmett's direct holdings now include 151,954 total PSRs, comprising various tranches vesting between August 2026 and August 2027. His direct ownership of ordinary fully paid shares increased to 409,132, while his indirect holding of 86,799 ordinary fully paid shares remained unchanged. The total number of Share Appreciation Rights stayed at 508,388, with potential vesting after June 30, 2026.
