Astron Limited announces significant shareholder, director changes after redomicile

Astron Limited has reported significant changes in its substantial holders and director interests, effective August 29, 2025, following the group's re-domiciliation from Hong Kong to Australia. Collins St Asset Management Pty Ltd ATF Collins St Value Fund became a substantial holder with a 7.0% voting power, controlling 29,372,630 ORD shares. Concurrently, Ruiqing Tan also became a substantial holder with an 18.0% voting power, holding 75,319,770 ORD shares through Citicorp Nominees Pty Limited.

In connection with the redomicile, directors updated their interests in Astron Limited (ASX:ATR) and Astron Corporation Limited. George Lloyd's direct and indirect interests changed to 1,464,508 ORD shares and 1,600,000 unquoted performance rights. Tiger Brown's indirect interests include 179,026,274 ORD shares via Kobe Investments Ltd, Bealey Pty Limited, and Yingbrown Pty Ltd, and 12,000,000 ORD shares through Julia Dobson <The Dobson Family A/C> and Xillij Pty Ltd <Azul A/C>.

Mark Elliott’s indirect interests now consist of 2,411,152 ORD shares and 800,000 unquoted performance rights via Elliott Nominees Pty Ltd <Elliott Exploration S/F A/C>. Kang Rong holds 200 ORD shares directly and 10,096,614 ORD shares and 800,000 unquoted performance rights indirectly through Juhua International Limited. Gerard King holds 200 ORD shares directly and 4,118,596 ORD shares, 800,000 unquoted options (expiry 22 November 2025, exercise price: $0.38625), and 800,000 unquoted performance rights indirectly through Pandora Nominees Pty Ltd. No director disposed of their interests in the group.
