Reece Limited sees over 261,000 unquoted securities lapse

Reece Limited (ASX:REH) today announced a significant cessation of unquoted equity securities, effective August 25, 2025. A total of 261,543 unquoted securities lapsed because the conditions for their vesting were not met or became incapable of being satisfied. The cessation impacts three classes of securities: REHAL (Option Expiring 29-APR-2036 EX $13.07), REHAN (Option Expiring Various Dates EX $14.46), and REHAO (Performance Rights). No consideration was paid by the entity for these cessations.

Specifically, 78,571 REHAL options ceased, alongside 28,632 REHAN options and 154,340 REHAO performance rights. Following these changes, Reece Limited's total issued capital now includes 645,984,181 quoted ordinary fully paid shares. The unquoted equity securities now comprise 137,174 REHAA Retention Rights, 304,286 REHAM options (expiring various dates EX $10.06), 238,956 REHAN options (expiring various dates EX $14.46), and 1,391,920 REHAO Performance Rights. The REHAL options class is now entirely ceased, with a total of zero securities remaining on issue for this class.
