Netwealth to quote over 100,000 new securities

Netwealth Group Limited (ASX:NWL) has announced a new application for the quotation of a total of 100,039 ordinary fully paid securities, which are expected to commence quotation on September 1, 2025. These new securities arise from the exercise and conversion of existing options.

Specifically, 49,863 options expiring on June 30, 2034, with an exercise price of AUD 7.5544, were converted into new ordinary fully paid shares. Additionally, 45,176 options expiring on September 27, 2036, at an exercise price of AUD 15.74, were also converted. A further 5,000 options, expiring on June 24, 2037, with an exercise price of AUD 12.44, contributed to the new share issuance. All converted options were issued under an employee incentive scheme.

Following this quotation, the total number of ordinary fully paid shares on issue for Netwealth Group will be 245,195,916. The company also retains various unquoted options and performance rights. These new securities will rank equally with the existing issued securities from their issue date.
