CSL directors boost equity holdings through rights plan

Multiple CSL Limited non-executive directors have increased their equity holdings by acquiring Rights under the company's Rights Plan. Alison Watkins acquired 427 Rights at a volume weighted average price of $219.368283, totaling AUD 93,670.26. Following this, her indirect holdings include 2,833 Ordinary Shares and 1,189 Ordinary Shares, along with 427 Rights. Similarly, Robert Andrew Cuthbertson acquired 366 Rights for AUD 80,288.79, bringing his indirect Rights holding to 366.

Brian Daniels also participated, acquiring 244 Rights for AUD 53,525.86, resulting in a total of 364 indirect Rights. Brian McNamee added 866 Rights to his indirect holdings, with a consideration of AUD 189,972.93, while Carolyn Hewson acquired 488 Rights for AUD 107,051.72, bringing her indirect Rights total to 488. Elaine Sorg acquired 244 Rights for AUD 53,525.86, increasing her indirect Rights to 416.

Other directors, including Megan Clark and Samantha Lewis, also increased their indirect Rights holdings. Megan Clark acquired 366 Rights for AUD 80,288.79, and Samantha Lewis acquired 305 Rights for AUD 66,907.33. These acquisitions were made through the Non-Executive Director Rights Plan, where a percentage of their Board fee was contributed to acquire equity. All transactions occurred on August 27, 2025.
