BlueScope's appeal against ACCC civil proceedings declined

BlueScope announced on August 29, 2025, that the Federal Court of Australia declined its appeal against civil proceedings brought by the ACCC. These proceedings related to matters that occurred over a decade ago, specifically in 2013 and 2014.
