Harvey Norman appeal dismissed by Federal Court

On August 28, 2025, the Federal Court of Australia delivered a decision in Proceedings No. NSD1663/2024 concerning Harvey Norman Holdings Limited.

The Court granted leave to appeal against declarations made by Justice Yates on November 5, 2024, in Proceedings No. NSD843/2022. However, the appeal itself was dismissed.

The Court will provide detailed reasons for its decision at a later date. Following this ruling, a separate hearing will be scheduled to determine any penalties that may be imposed.
