Sonic Healthcare reports cessation of performance rights

Sonic Healthcare Limited today reported the cessation of 216 unquoted performance rights that were set to expire on various dates. This cessation, effective August 27, 2025, is due to the forfeiture of these performance rights in accordance with the terms of the company's performance rights plan. The entity confirmed that no consideration was paid for this cessation.

Following this change, Sonic Healthcare’s issued capital now includes 494,237,953 ordinary fully paid shares. The unquoted equity securities now comprise 444,207 options expiring November 18, 2025, at an exercise price of $34.21; 31,399,912 options expiring on various dates at various prices; and 273,546 performance rights expiring on various dates.
