Endeavour Group sees over 200,000 employee securities lapse

Endeavour Group Limited (ASX:EDV) today reported the cessation of 208,954 unquoted securities, comprising both performance rights and share rights. The cessation is primarily attributed to the lapsing of conditional rights where specified conditions were not met or became incapable of being satisfied.

A total of 169,888 Performance Rights (ASX:EDVAA) linked to the F23, F24, and F25 Long Term Incentive Plans (LTI) ceased. Additionally, 39,066 Share Rights (ASX:EDVAB) ceased, which were issued under the Restricted Share Rights Plan, F24 Imprint Award, F23 Recognition Share Plan (RSP), and F24 RSP. No consideration was paid by the entity for the cessation of these securities.

Following these cessations, Endeavour Group's unquoted capital now includes 3,079,569 Share Rights and 7,910,641 Performance Rights. The total number of ordinary fully paid shares quoted on ASX remains at 1,790,980,017.
