James Vicars increases stake in Oneview Healthcare

James (Will) Vicars, a substantial holder in Oneview Healthcare Plc, has increased his relevant interest in the company. The change occurred on August 22, 2025, with his voting power rising from 37.48% to 38.58%. This reflects an acquisition of 9,166,425 CDIs in respect of ordinary shares.

The acquisition involved consideration at market prices for the CDIs. Prior to this change, Vicars held 286,292,743 ordinary shares, and now holds 295,459,168 ordinary shares.
