Goodman Group operating profit jumps 12.8% to $2.3bn

Goodman Group reported operating profit rose 12.8% to $2.31bn for FY25, with earnings per share up 9.8% to 118.0 cents.

The total portfolio expanded 9% to $85.6bn, including $1.6bn in revaluation gains. Data centers now represent 57% of the $12.9bn development pipeline, with global power capacity reaching 5.0 GW.

The group maintained low gearing at 4.3% and raised $4.0bn in new equity.
