First Sentier becomes substantial shareholder in Nib Holdings

First Sentier Group Limited and its associates, including parent Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, became a substantial holder in Nib Holdings on August 21, 2025.

The group holds 24.4 million shares representing 5.01% of the health insurer's voting shares. First Sentier directly holds 22.1 million shares, with Mitsubishi UFJ attributed an additional 2.3 million shares.
