Shanxi Xishan director fined by CSRC for prior company's violations

Shanxi Xishan Coal & Electricity Power Co., Ltd. announced on December 26, 2025, that its independent director, Li Yumin, received an "Administrative Penalty Decision Letter" from the Shanxi regulatory bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC Shanxi Bureau). The penalty stems from his tenure as an independent director at Taiyuan Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., where information disclosure violations occurred.

The CSRC Shanxi Bureau found Li Yumin culpable for these violations under the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China." Consequently, he has been issued a warning and fined CNY 100,000.
