Shanghai Rockhill Technology switches auditor to Rongcheng CPA

Shanghai Rockhill Technology Co., Ltd. announced its decision to appoint Rongcheng Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as its auditor for the 2025 fiscal year. This change comes as the former auditor, BDO China Shu Lun Pan Certified Public Accountants, had provided audit services for many years. The move aims to elevate audit quality and independence, aligning with the company's business layout and future development strategy.

Rongcheng Certified Public Accountants, established in 1988, is one of China's earliest firms authorized to provide securities-related services. For the 2024 fiscal year, Rongcheng reported total revenue of 251,025.80 yuan and audited 518 listed companies, with total audit fees of 62,047.52 yuan. The firm has acquired professional liability insurance with a cumulative compensation limit of not less than 250 million yuan.

The estimated audit fee for 2025 is 1.42 million yuan, comprising 1.02 million yuan for annual report audits and 0.4 million yuan for internal control audits, consistent with 2024 fees. This proposal awaits shareholder approval.
