Sanhua Intelligent Controls' grandson company completes deregistration

Zhejiang Sanhua Intelligent Controls Co., Ltd. announced today, December 26, 2025, that its wholly-owned grandson company, Shaoxing Sanhua New Energy Vehicle Components Co., Ltd., has completed its deregistration. This follows a resolution passed at the Seventh Board of Directors' Thirty-First Meeting on March 25, 2025, approving the absorption merger of Shaoxing New Energy by Shaoxing Sanhua Automotive Thermal Management Technology Co., Ltd.

After the merger, Shaoxing Thermal Management remains in existence, while Shaoxing New Energy was legally deregistered. All assets, liabilities, equities, and other rights and obligations of Shaoxing New Energy have been inherited by Shaoxing Thermal Management.

The company received the "Registration Notification" from the Shaoxing Yuecheng District Market Supervision Administration. This deregistration is not expected to have any significant impact on the company’s normal operations or financial condition, nor will it harm the interests of the company and its shareholders.
