Maccura completes IVD industrial park project, boosting R&D and production

Maccura Biotechnology Co., Ltd. has officially announced the completion of its "Maccura International Bio-City IVD Industrial Park Project," which reached operational status as of November 30, 2025. This project, funded by a private placement in 2020, involved total raised capital of RMB 1,574,160,000.00, with a net amount of RMB 1,557,456,435.64 after deducting issuance costs. The company confirmed that there are no remaining surplus funds from this specific project, with any outstanding contract payments to be covered by the existing dedicated capital account.

The IVD Industrial Park project, initially facing a series of extensions, saw its planned completion date adjusted multiple times, eventually set for December 2025. This project encompasses several key sub-projects, including the IVD Product Technology R&D Center, In-Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) Product Production Line, Blood Diagnostic Product Production Line, and IVD Modern Logistics. The IVD Product Production Line sub-project was subject to a change and an adjustment of unused raised capital of RMB 8,690.87 to the IVD Product Technology R&D Center sub-project.

The completion of this project is expected to enhance Maccura's R&D innovation, intelligent production capabilities, and operational management, further solidifying its core technological advantages and improving production and storage efficiency. The company’s audit and strategy committees have reviewed and approved the project's conclusion, confirming its compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
