The correction states that the pledgee for the 2,000,000 shares (representing 1.67% of HeYi Investment's holdings and 0.20% of the company's total share capital) is China Orient Asset Management Co., Ltd., not Guotai Haitong Securities Co., Ltd. as initially reported. Furthermore, the purpose of the pledge has been clarified as a "supplementary pledge" rather than "personal capital needs."

All other details of the original announcement remain unchanged, including the pledge start date of December 23, 2025. The company's board expressed apologies for any inconvenience caused by this correction.
