Star-net Communications adjusts 2025 audit team personnel

Fujian Star-net Communications (SZSE:002396) has announced a change in its 2025 annual audit personnel. Sigma Certified Public Accountants, appointed as the company's auditor for 2025, has updated its team.

Originally, the audit team for the 2025 financial statements and internal controls included Lin Hong as project partner, Yang Shujie as signing certified public accountant, and Yang Xuewei as project quality control reviewer. Due to internal adjustments, Yang Shujie has been replaced by Yu Yusong as the signing certified public accountant, and Yang Xuewei has been replaced by Gao Jingjie as the project quality control reviewer. The project partner remains unchanged.

Yu Yusong, a partner at Sigma Certified Public Accountants, became a certified public accountant in 2007 and has extensive experience auditing listed companies. Gao Jingjie, a managing partner at Sigma, is a seasoned member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants with over two decades of experience in audit, corporate restructuring, and IPOs. The company stated that the handover of work will proceed orderly, and these changes will not impact the 2025 annual audit.
