Zhejiang Shuanghuan Driveline Co., Ltd. announced the election of Wen Linghao as an employee representative director to its Seventh Board of Directors. This appointment follows the company's Third Interim Shareholders' Meeting on December 18, 2025, which approved revisions to the company's articles of association, mandating the inclusion of one employee representative director on the board. Wen Linghao, born in September 1972, holds a bachelor's degree and brings extensive management experience to the role. He has previously held leadership positions at various companies, including general manager at Tianhe (Ningbo) Electronic Components Fastener Co., Ltd., and Ningbo Xusheng Group Co., Ltd. He currently serves as the general manager of Jiangsu Shuanghuan Gear Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company.

The company confirms that Wen meets all legal and regulatory requirements for a director. He does not directly hold any shares in the company and has no associated relationships with other directors, senior management, or shareholders holding 5% or more of the company's shares. His appointment ensures that the total number of directors who are also senior management or employee representatives does not exceed one-half of the total board members, aligning with regulatory compliance.
