Mango Excellent Media to hold first 2025 extraordinary shareholder meeting

Mango Excellent Media Co., Ltd. will convene its first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for 2025 on December 29, 2025, at 2:30 PM. The meeting will feature both on-site attendance at Hunan Changsha Golden Eagle Film and Television Cultural City, Mango TV Experience Area 103, and online voting. Online voting through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange system will be available from 9:15 AM to 3:00 PM on the same day. The equity registration date for the meeting is December 24, 2025.

Key proposals for shareholder consideration include revisions to the company's Articles of Association and various corporate governance systems, such as the Rules of Procedure for Shareholder Meetings and Board of Directors Meetings. Shareholders will also vote on revisions to the management methods for raised funds and related-party transactions, as well as the external guarantee system.

Additionally, the agenda includes the election of independent directors and members of specialized committees, along with a proposal to conclude the Mango TV Smart Audio-Visual Media Service Platform project and reallocate remaining raised funds to a new Mango TV audio and video industry large model matrix project. Proposals 1.00, 2.01, and 2.02 are special resolutions requiring approval by more than two-thirds of the voting rights present.
