Guangdong No.2 Hydropower consortium secures major EPC contract for Zhongshan project

Guangdong No.2 Hydropower Engineering Group Co., Ltd. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Guangdong Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd., and Guangdong Jianke Architectural Design Institute Co., Ltd., forming a consortium, have signed an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract for the Yuejianke · Zhongshan Intelligent Hui project Phase II. The contract, with a total value of 416,217,533.25 yuan, is a related-party transaction with Guangdong Jianke Innovation Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd.

The project encompasses a total above-ground construction area of 99,595.60 square meters, including a 28-story headquarters building and a 26-story supporting facility building. Guangdong Construction Engineering Group will undertake 408,669,476.25 yuan of the engineering tasks, with Guangdong Jianke Architectural Design Institute handling design tasks valued at 7,548,057.00 yuan. The construction period is 640 calendar days.

This contract aims to expand Guangdong No.2 Hydropower's engineering and construction business scale and improve profitability. The transaction falls within the scope of daily related-party transactions approved for 2025.
