Anhui Zhongding forms joint venture for humanoid robot manufacturing

Anhui Zhongding Sealing Parts Co., Ltd., through its wholly-owned subsidiary Anhui Reisensebot Robotics Technology Co., Ltd., has signed a cooperation agreement with Shenzhen Unitree Robotics Technology Co., Ltd. and Hefei Soft Science Technology Robotics Material Co., Ltd. to establish a joint venture. The new company, with a registered capital of RMB 50 million, will focus on contract manufacturing for humanoid robots and developing core component supply capabilities.

Reisensebot will contribute RMB 30 million in cash, holding a 60% stake, while Unitree Robotics will contribute RMB 10 million in technology, holding 20%. Soft Science Technology will also contribute RMB 10 million in cash, holding the remaining 20%. This strategic investment aims to leverage the strengths of all parties, enhance research and development and manufacturing capabilities, and accelerate Zhongding's robot body manufacturing business.

The investment of RMB 30 million from Zhongding will come from its own funds and is not expected to significantly impact the company's daily operations, financial condition, or operating results. The new joint venture will prioritize manufacturing robot bodies for Unitree Robotics and assemble robot joints, utilizing products from Reisensebot, Soft Science Technology, and their affiliates when conditions are equal.
