Robotechnik changes signing accountants for 2025 audit

Robotechnik Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. announced a change in the signing certified public accountants for its 2025 annual audit. The company previously appointed an audit institution for 2025, a decision approved at its third board meeting on August 27, 2025, and its fourth extraordinary general meeting on September 15, 2025.

Originally, Ms. Zhong Le and Mr. Ji Wenfen were designated as the signing certified public accountants for the 2025 financial statement audit report and the 2025 year-end internal control audit report. Due to changes in their work assignments, the firm has now appointed Ms. Chen Honglan (project partner) and Ms. Wu Na as their replacements. Ms. Chen Honglan became a certified public accountant in 2011 and has been practicing at the firm since 2025, providing audit services to Robotechnik since 2025, and has signed or reviewed nine listed company audit reports in the past three years. Ms. Wu Na became a certified public accountant in 2019 and also started practicing at the firm in 2025, providing audit services to Robotechnik since 2025, and has signed or reviewed five listed company audit reports in the past three years.

Both Ms. Chen Honglan and Ms. Wu Na have clean integrity records for the past three years, with no criminal penalties, administrative penalties, supervisory measures, or disciplinary actions from regulatory bodies or self-regulatory organizations. The company assured that the transition of work arrangements will be orderly and will not impact the 2025 financial statement audit or internal control audit work.
