Risen Energy calls third extraordinary shareholder meeting for 2025

Risen Energy Co., Ltd. will convene its third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for 2025 on December 24, 2025, at 2:00 PM. The board of directors called the meeting, which will be held at the company's office building in the Tashan Industrial Park, Meilin Street, Ninghai County, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. Shareholders registered by the close of business on December 19, 2025, are eligible to attend in person or by proxy. Online voting will also be available via the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system and internet voting system from 9:15 AM to 3:00 PM on the same day.

The meeting's primary agenda includes a general proposal covering all non-cumulative voting proposals, specifically "Proposal on Renewing the Appointment of the Accounting Firm." This item was previously deliberated and approved by the company's fourth board of directors at its twenty-third meeting. For registration, individual shareholders must present their ID and share account card, while institutional shareholders require a business license, legal representative certificate, ID, and the share account card. Proxy attendees must also provide a power of attorney. Remote shareholders can register by mail or fax. The registration period is from December 22 to December 23, 2025, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Attendees are responsible for their own accommodation and travel expenses.
