Konka group completes Wuhan Tianyuan stake sale to CR Asset Management

Konka Group Co., Ltd. announced the completion of the transfer of 66,283,973 shares in Wuhan Tianyuan Group Co., Ltd. to CR Asset Management (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. The transaction was executed at a price of RMB 13.80 per share.

The total consideration for the share transfer amounted to RMB 914,718,827.40. Konka Group confirmed receiving the full payment and the transfer registration was completed on December 24, 2025.

Following this transaction, Konka Group's holding in Wuhan Tianyuan has decreased to 13,300,000 shares, while CR Asset Management (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. now holds 66,283,973 shares. This marks a significant restructuring of Konka's investment portfolio.
