Key shareholder pledges more shares in Shannon Semiconductor

Huang Zewei, a shareholder of Shannon Semiconductor, recently pledged an additional 2.47m shares of the company. This transaction, executed on December 22, 2025, and maturing on December 22, 2026, represents 9.91% of his total holdings and 0.53% of the company's total share capital. The shares were pledged to CICC for financing purposes.

Following this latest pledge, Huang Zewei's total pledged shares now amount to 10.74m, representing 43.10% of his total ownership and 2.31% of the company's overall share capital. Concurrently, Shenzhen Xinlianpu Investment Partnership, an entity acting in concert with Huang Zewei, has 8.12m shares pledged, constituting 35.49% of its holdings and 1.75% of the company's total share capital.

Cumulatively, Huang Zewei and Shenzhen Xinlianpu Investment Partnership have 18.86m shares pledged, accounting for 39.46% of their combined holdings and 4.06% of Shannon Semiconductor's total share capital. No pledged shares are reported as restricted or frozen for either party.
