Independent director resigns from AECC Aero-Engine Control board

AECC Aero-Engine Control announced on December 24, 2025, that independent director Di Xueyun submitted her written resignation. Ms. Di is stepping down from her roles as an independent director, convenor of the audit committee, and convenor of the nomination and remuneration committee of the tenth board of directors, having served for a continuous period of six years. Following her resignation, she will not hold any other positions within the company or its controlled subsidiaries.

Ms. Di's departure will result in the proportion of independent directors on the board falling below one-third, as mandated by company regulations. Her resignation will become effective once a new independent director is elected at a general meeting of shareholders. Until a replacement is appointed, Ms. Di will continue to fulfill her duties in accordance with relevant laws and the company's articles of association.

As of the announcement date, Di Xueyun does not hold any company shares and has no outstanding commitments.
