Compass Technology subsidiary increases registered capital to 1.5 bn yuan

Beijing Compass Technology Development Co., Ltd. announced the completion of a 100 million yuan capital injection into its wholly-owned subsidiary, Maigao Securities Co., Ltd. The decision to increase capital using the company's own funds was approved during a board meeting on December 4, 2025.

Following the capital increase, Maigao Securities' registered capital has risen from 1.4 billion yuan to 1.5 billion yuan. The subsidiary has completed the commercial registration amendment process and obtained an updated business license.
