Yunnan Energy New Material backs subsidiaries with guarantee agreements

Yunnan Energy New Material Company (YNNM) has announced significant progress in providing guarantees within its consolidated financial statements for 2025. Following approvals in December 2024 and January 2025, YNNM has signed multiple guarantee contracts with various banks and financial leasing companies, facilitating substantial credit lines for its subsidiaries.

Notable agreements include a RMB100,000,000 comprehensive credit line for Hongchuang Packaging (Anhui) Co., Ltd. from China CITIC Bank, guaranteed by YNNM for RMB50,000,000. Additionally, Jiangxi Enjie New Material Technology Co., Ltd. and Jiangxi Tongrui New Energy Technology Development Co., Ltd. secured a RMB25,000,000 financing lease from Hubei Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., fully guaranteed by YNNM. Shanghai Enjie New Material Technology Co., Ltd., a holding subsidiary, obtained a RMB20,000,000 working capital loan from Postal Savings Bank of China, Shanghai Baoshan District Branch, also fully guaranteed by YNNM. Zhuhai Enjie New Material Technology Co., Ltd. secured a RMB22,000,000 comprehensive credit line from Bank of Communications, Zhuhai Branch, and Yunnan Hongta Plastics Co., Ltd. received a RMB4,100,000 comprehensive credit line from China Construction Bank, Yuxi Branch, all backed by YNNM's guarantees.

As of the disclosure date, the total approved guarantee amount for YNNM and its subsidiaries stands at RMB6,000,000,000, representing 245.19% of the company's net assets attributable to shareholders in the latest audited period. The actual executed guarantee amount is RMB3,943,521,610, accounting for 161.15% of the net assets. The company reports no other external guarantees, overdue guarantees, or guarantees involved in litigation that could lead to losses.
