Wuhan Jingce unit nets ¥108.45m in government subsidies

Wuhan Jingce Electronic Group Company Limited announced that its controlled subsidiary, Shanghai Jingce Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd., along with other consolidated entities, recently received government subsidies totaling ¥108.45m. This influx includes ¥87.17m related to income, accounting for 89.32% of the company's audited net profit for the most recent fiscal year, and ¥21.28m related to assets, representing 0.61% of the company's audited net assets for the same period.

According to accounting standards, the income-related subsidies will be recognized as other income, while the asset-related subsidies will be recorded as deferred income. The company anticipates these subsidies will positively impact its 2025 operating results, increasing the net profit attributable to the parent company by ¥27.20m. This amount reflects the impact after accounting for minority shareholder interests, as the primary recipient of the subsidies is a controlled subsidiary.

Wuhan Jingce Electronic Group stated it will use the government subsidies in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and government requirements. Investors are advised that these figures are unaudited, and the final accounting treatment and impact on the company’s financial data will be subject to the auditor's confirmation.
