Sinomine Resource approved as lithium carbonate futures delivery warehouse

Sinomine Resource Group Co., Ltd. announced today, December 23, 2025, that its application to the Guangzhou Futures Exchange (GFE) for a designated delivery warehouse for lithium carbonate has been approved. This follows a resolution passed at the company's Sixth Board of Directors' Fifteenth Meeting on April 24, 2025, to apply for this qualification through its subsidiary.

The GFE officially released "Announcement on Adjusting Designated Delivery Warehouses for Lithium Carbonate Futures" (GFE [2025] No. 431) on December 22, 2025, confirming the addition of Sinomine Resource Group as a designated delivery warehouse. The approved facility is located at 1998 Yangguang Avenue, High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Xinyu City, Jiangxi Province, with immediate effect from the GFE announcement date.

This strategic move is expected to integrate the company's spot market, futures market, and delivery warehouse operations, thereby strengthening its risk resistance capabilities and market competitiveness.
