Hoperun Software approves cash dividend for first three quarters of 2025

Jiangsu Hoperun Software Co., Ltd. has approved its equity distribution plan for the first three quarters of 2025, with shareholders to receive a cash dividend of CNY 0.70 per 10 shares (including tax). The total cash dividend payout will be CNY 55,267,177.56. The company’s repurchased shares, totaling 6,879,733, will not participate in this distribution.

The equity distribution is based on a total share capital of 789,531,108 shares, after deducting repurchased shares from the total 796,410,841 shares. The equity registration date is December 30, 2025, with the ex-dividend and ex-interest date set for December 31, 2025.

For Hong Kong market investors holding shares through Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect and other overseas institutions, the dividend will be CNY 0.63 per 10 shares after tax. Individual shareholders holding restricted and unrestricted shares will be subject to differential tax rates based on holding period. The company will not withhold individual income tax at the time of distribution, with tax to be calculated upon share transfer.
