Guangdong Sky Dragon Technology Group Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling subsidiary, Guangdong Sky Dragon Fine Chemical Co., Ltd., has completed the payment of supplementary taxes and late payment fees following a self-inspection requested by tax authorities. The total payment amounted to 8.67m yuan, comprising 5.4427m yuan in value-added tax and surcharges, and 3.2273m yuan in late payment fees. As of the announcement date, all amounts have been paid, and no penalties were imposed by the tax authorities.

The company clarified that this matter does not constitute a prior period accounting error and will not require restatement of prior financial data. The supplementary tax and late payment fees will be recognized in the company's current period profit and loss for 2025. The final impact will be determined in the 2025 audited financial statements.
