Bohai Leasing bondholders approve principal extension for two bonds

Bohai Leasing Co., Ltd. announced that bondholders of its "18 Bohai Lease 05" and "18 Bohai Gold 03" bonds approved the principal extension for both instruments. The resolutions were passed at bondholder meetings conducted via email on December 22, 2025, with a creditor registration date of December 15, 2025.

For "18 Bohai Lease 05", bondholders representing 68.67% of the total outstanding bonds participated. The resolution to extend the principal was approved with 2,190,000 votes in favor, representing 73.27% of the voting bonds, and no votes against or abstentions. The resolution to waive the requirement for two scrutineers was also approved with the same voting distribution.

Similarly, bondholders for "18 Bohai Gold 03" also approved the principal extension. Two bondholders, representing 100% of the total outstanding bonds, participated in this meeting. The resolution for principal extension received 5,040,000 votes in favor, accounting for 100.00% of the voting bonds, with no votes against or abstentions. The waiver for two scrutineers was also unanimously approved.
