Zhejiang Windey extends book-building for green perpetual bonds

Yunda Energy Technology Group Co., Ltd. (Zhejiang Windey) has announced an extension to the book-building period for its 2025 publicly issued green perpetual corporate bonds (tranche 1) targeting professional investors. The company received approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission to register bonds with a total face value not exceeding CNY 2.5 billion.

The book-building was initially scheduled for December 22, 2025, from 15:00 to 17:00. Following market fluctuations on the book-building day, the issuer and book-runner collaboratively agreed to extend the closing time for interest rate inquiry. The new deadline for the book-building process is now December 22, 2025, at 19:00. This adjustment aims to facilitate the determination of the final coupon rate for the current tranche of bonds.
