Yanjing Brewery announces cash dividend for first three quarters

Beijing Yanjing Brewery Co. (SZSE:000729) has announced its cash dividend distribution for the first three quarters of 2025. The company will issue a cash dividend of CNY 1.00 (before tax) for every 10 shares held, based on a total share capital of 2,818,539,341 shares as of September 30, 2025. This distribution will result in a total cash payout of CNY 281,853,934.10.

The dividend distribution plan was approved at the first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on November 5, 2025. The equity registration date for the dividend is set for December 26, 2025, with the ex-dividend date on December 29, 2025. All shareholders registered by the close of business on December 26, 2025, will be eligible for the dividend.

For Hong Kong market investors holding shares through Shenzhen Stock Connect, QFIIs, RQFIIs, and individuals with shares from the initial public offering (IPO) that are still under restriction, the post-tax dividend will be CNY 0.90 per 10 shares. Other shareholders will have taxes levied based on their holding period, with different rates applying for holdings under one month, between one month and one year, and over one year.
