Wuhan Guide Infrared names Huang Sheng new employee representative director

Wuhan Guide Infrared Co., Ltd. held an employee representative meeting on December 22, 2025, where Huang Sheng was elected as an employee representative director for the company's Sixth Board of Directors. The appointment was approved by the attending employee representatives.

Huang Sheng, born in April 1989, holds a master's degree and is a senior engineer. He previously served as legal representative and general manager of Beijing Qianshi Yuanjing Technology Co., Ltd. Currently, he is director and general manager of Wuhan Xuanyuan Zhijia Technology Co., Ltd., and general manager of Hangzhou Gaode Shuke Technology Co., Ltd., in addition to being a director and deputy general manager of Wuhan Guide Infrared.

Huang Sheng does not hold shares directly in Wuhan Guide Infrared but holds 3% of the shares in Wuhan Guide Electric Co., Ltd., a controlling shareholder. He is the son of Huang Li, the company's actual controller, and acts in concert with him. This election ensures that the number of directors serving concurrently as senior management and employee representatives does not exceed half of the total number of directors, aligning with relevant laws, regulations, and the company's articles of association.
