Simultaneously, a staff representative meeting on December 22, 2025, elected Mr. Xia as an employee representative director for the sixth board. This move ensures compliance with regulations regarding the number of directors who are also senior management or employee representatives.

In a related development, the company's second extraordinary general meeting of 2025, held on December 22, approved several key governance changes. These include revisions to the company's articles of association, shareholder meeting rules, board meeting rules, cumulative voting implementation rules, external guarantee management, related party transaction management, external investment management, independent director work system, fundraising management, and a new departure management system for directors and senior management. All proposals, including those requiring special resolutions, passed with significant shareholder support, especially from small and medium investors.
